Beautiful solid oak entrance gates give privacy and security whilst providing an impressive entrance. Our gates are built to last with the tongue and groove boarding running right to the bottom, and the top of the gates being 'capped' by one continuous piece of wood preventing water from entering the top of the vertical boards. All horizontal bracing is chamfered to enable the water to 'run off' the gates rather than 'sitting' or 'puddling' on the bracing. The whole gate is treated with weather resistant 'Tung' oil to preserve the wood and therefore increase the life expectancy of the gates.
The gates pictured are curved 'bell top' gates, but gates of any design can be commissioned, including gates that are a mixture of wood and iron work, or electronic. |
