2. The Design
Mark will prepare the initial hand drawn design and estimated cost. He will provide a floor plan for fitted furniture, and elevations, so you can see exactly what we suggest.
If you're happy to proceed with your order, we'll discuss the plans in detail; talk about materials, equipment, features, finishes and colours , and how these may affect the price.
Once you've agreed the design and specification, we'll start building your furniture and ordering any appliances, marble, granite or special features you have requested.
At this stage we'll ask you to pay a commissioning deposit, usually 25% of the final estimated price.
